What is it?
Most people don't tend to like Dolls and Figures photography. They don't tend to see the artistic value of it, or understand the appeal. Yet, it takes a great deal of skill to photograph objects such as dolls and figures in an interesting way. Just like food/drink photography or flower/plant photography, you need to come up with the proper composition, props, lighting and backdrop. If you're the crafter of the doll/figure, you should probably submit to the Artisan Crafts gallery UNLESS to you it's about the photograph, the capturing of said doll/figure, the creation of emotion, ideas or stories through this doll/figure in this photograph.
